Stonington Vineyards (JOHN LONG / HARTFORD COURANT)
Stonington Vineyards celebrates its 15th annual Summer Food & Wine Festival this weekend, featuring wine tastings, specialty food samplings and fare from local restaurants and vendors.
The event will be held on the grounds of the winery Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $12, and includes a souvenir glass to taste all of the currently released wines. (Cellar Society members get in for free.) Attendees must be 21 or older.
Area food vendors include Espresso Cafe, Voodoo Grill, The Pita Spot, Thai House, Kitchen Little, Frank’s Mobile Kitchen, Wicked Good and many others. For a full list, click here.
