There’s no way you’re turning on your oven tonight. Head to Peppercorn’s for a seasonal favorite that’s as summery and (hopefully) fleeting as this extreme heat.

Zucchini blossoms are back on the regular and happy hour menus. Picked fresh from the Cialfi family gardens, they’re stuffed with mozzarella and a touch of black pepper, then lightly fried in a pastella batter.
